▌Recently,theGuangdong-HongKong-MacaoGreaterBayAreaBranchoftheNationalProsecutorsCollegewasofficiallyunveiledinShenzhenDapengBay.

近日，国度梭巡官学院粤港澳大湾永诀院在深圳大鹏湾畔揭牌。

▌TheNationalProsecutorsCollege,whichisdirectlyaffiliatedwiththeSupremePeople’sProcuratorate(SPP),standsasthepinnacleacademicinstitutionwithinChina'sprocuratorialsystem.Itspecializesinnurturinghigh-levelandhighlyqualifiedprocuratorialtalents.TheestablishmentofitsGuangdong-HongKong-MacaoGreaterBayAreaBranchmarksasignificantmovebyboththeSPPandtheCollege,amidsttheuniquecontextof“onecountry,twosystems”andthreedistinctlegalsystems.ThisbranchwillfostercoordinateddevelopmentoftheruleoflawintheGreaterBayArea,presentinganovelplatformforresearchonforeign-relatedandHongKong-Macaolegalmatterswithintheprocuratorialframework.Additionally,itoffersafreshavenueforenhancingjudicialexchangesandcooperationamongGuangdong,HongKongandMacao,therebyfurtheringregionallegalcollaborationintheGreaterBayArea.Furthermore,itservesasanewwindowfordeepeninginternationalexchangesandcooperationinlawenforcementandjudicialrealms,showcasingChina'sachievementsinthedevelopmentofitslegalsystem.
